How you will contribute to LifeNet Health’s success:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist v erifies and posts daily accounts receivable activity focusing on effectively and efficiently collecting customer balances due while building and maintaining good customer relationships .

What you’ll do:

• Processing Payments : Processes timely and accurately customer payments, invoices.
• Collections : Soliciting and collection of payment on account receivable balances in a timely manner. Exhibits excellent customer service to all clients (internal & external) in a courteous & professional manner.
• Records Management : Maintains proper records of all delinquent accounts, incomplete files and credit risks.

What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements):

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of h ands-on Accounts Receivable/ Collection experience or relevant L ifeNet Health experience in administrative, customer experience, or other related role .

Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications :

• Associate’s degree in A ccounting, Finance or related field
• Accounting Certificate
• Business to Business Collections/ Accounts Receivable experience

$18.51 - $24.68 hourly

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate’s qualifications and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $18.51 hourly (entry- level qualifications) to $24. 68 hourly (experienced in this role). *

*Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate's knowledge and relevant experience.

This position is eligible for an annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met.
