Provider Network Management Director Sr
Preferred Location: Norfolk, VA. This position is hybrid and will require the associate to report to the Norfolk office locations at least 3 times per week.
The Provider Network Management Director Sr. will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the execution of large-scale, complex, multi-state negotiations with key providers and vendors across all lines of business in the region. ness in the region.

Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in contracting (value-based, shared savings, and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) development), provider relations, or provider servicing. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences :
- Previous P&L and/or project management experience in a healthcare setting, and excellent quantitative, marketing, financial, and strategic skills are strongly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge in virtual provider relationship management strongly preferred.

Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy.
