Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews to deliver exceptional service on commercial and residential properties
• Develop and manage weekly schedules and route plans for maintenance teams
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and address client needs
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members
• Promote employee development and team growth through accountability and support
• Enforce safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with account managers and clients to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor job costs, materials, and equipment usage to maximize efficiency

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Interest in long-term career growth and development
• Ability to obtain Registered Technician license
