We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to oversee daily accounting operations across multiple divisions. This is a high-level accounting role responsible for payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, financial reporting, job costing support, and operational accounting management. What You'll Do:

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities across multiple company divisions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, monthly financial reporting, cash flow management, job costing, financing coordination, tax documentation, and year-end financial preparation. You will maintain financial accuracy, support operational workflows, oversee reporting processes, and work closely with leadership to provide critical financial insight that supports business growth and performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or senior accounting experience required

• Strong QuickBooks proficiency

• Payroll processing and compliance experience

• Accounts payable/receivable expertise

• Financial reporting and reconciliation experience

• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Construction, HVAC, plumbing, or home services accounting experience strongly preferred

• Experience with job costing or multi-entity accounting is highly desirable
