Weeded! Lawn Service is looking for a full-time Office Assistant to join our team and support our current office staff. We are looking for someone who is great on the phone, comfortable on a computer, highly organized, and ready to help keep our office running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a laid-back office environment, likes helping others, and takes pride in staying organized and keeping things moving.

What you’ll do:

• Answer phones and respond to emails
• Enter data into company systems
• Assist office staff, sales team, and owner as needed
• Help keep office tasks organized and on track
• Provide general office support

What we’re looking for:

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Good general computer experience
• Familiarity with Excel and Outlook preferred
• Willingness to learn QuickBooks
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Task-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM

You will spend much of your time working in QuickBooks, Excel, and Outlook. We can teach QuickBooks, but computer fluency is a must.
