Certified Automotive Technician

First Landing Auto Care is a family-owned and operated business. We started our first shop over twenty years ago, we've grown to two shops and we're currently building out our third. All of our technicians are ASE certified whether they are Master certified or just have one, we believe in the program and everybody here shows their commitment to the profession by staying up to date recertifying, or studying to get the next level.

• All of our facilities are AIR CONDITIONED and we work FIVE DAY WEEKS (Mon - Fri).

• It is important to us that our shops are clean and well equipped. We provide up-to-date Snap On, Autel, and Launch scan tools, nine brands of programming with Cardaq with MegaCan adapter, and, as mentioned, a brand new alignment system with full ADAS capability in its own air-conditioned building one block away.
• Pay is based on a progressive flat rate system, certified techs start around $35 For 35 hours produced with rate increases as more hours are produced. We guarantee "X" hours per week and most techs regularly produce 45 hours weekly.

Job Description:

• Every technician at First Landing handles every ticket whether it be state inspection, oil change to brakes squeal engine knocks steering wheel points to two o'clock and shimmies on Shore Drive only right by the winery.
• We fix cars right, we don't guess what's wrong.
• We are brutally honest with our customers.
• We believe in every car gets the same inspection and we offer to do the maintenance while the car's here for repair.
