We are seeking to hire Customer Service agents!

Pay will be based on experience.

Our Center Associates deliver world-class customer service, receiving and processing packages for shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. The Associate expertly provides information on our array of products and services.

The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, a friendly and helpful demeanor and a
professional appearance.

Integrity and dependability are extremely important. A background check will be given.
Must have reliable transportation. Will be scheduled at either of two UPS Stores in western Henrico County.
Very competitive wages. Uniforms supplied.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers outstanding service to customers and telephone callers
• Continuously exhibits good listening skills
• Understands each customer's needs and offers viable solutions
• Learns all product and service offerings
• Operates all equipment, software, and devices, and is willing to teach others
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Performs other duties as assigned
  
  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication skills
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible
• Able to lift 40+ pounds
• Willing and able to work 35 or more hours per week. Occasional overtime required.
