Position Summary
The Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely transporting construction materials from our Berryville, VA location to job sites across the DMV and surrounding areas. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. The typical shift is 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, though start times may vary based on operational needs - flexibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles, including 26-ft box trucks, to transport HVAC and plumbing materials to designated sites.

• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and secure transport of all cargo.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.

• Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently to meet deadlines.

• Maintain accurate logs for deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, site teams, and office staff.

• Comply with all DOT, traffic, and company safety regulations.

Requirements

• Must be able to safely drive a 26-ft box truck.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• DOT medical certification (or willingness to obtain).

• CDL preferred but not required.

• Minimum 1 year of prior delivery or driving experience.

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and handle heavy materials safely.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
