Concrete Foreman

Job Description

As a Concrete Foreman, you will be supervising the crews who prepare, place, finish and cure concrete. You will be preparing work schedules and help estimate the amount of labor and materials needed to complete projects. If you love a fast-paced work environment, apply today!

Note: The hourly rate for this position is $30 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations Manage and supervise all concrete activities
• Quality Assurance Verify concrete mix
• Enforce safety guidelines
• Ensure proper PPE usage
• Maintain documentation
• Track progress against project schedules
• Develop and manage daily work plans and crew assignments
• Optimize equipment usage Lead, train and mentor crew members
• Address performance issues
• Prepare and submit field reports
• Communicate with project managers and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of supervisory experience in concrete
• Detailed knowledge of concrete construction and guidelines
• Experienced in reading blueprints Excellent organizational skills
