DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. We are a family owned staffing company focused on connecting qualified candidates with reputable businesses that need dependable support.As we expand our Roanoke branch, we are building a strong local talent pool. We are recruiting for multiple areas, including industrial, warehouse, skilled labor, and unskilled labor positions.
In this role, you will perform a variety of hands on tasks supporting projects across different industries. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who are comfortable with physical work, dependable, and ready to contribute to a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned duties based on the specific role, industrial or clerical, across various job sites
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and products as needed
- Perform general labor and support tasks as assigned
- Follow all company policies, site specific procedures, and safety guidelines
- Work effectively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors
- Participate in required training sessions and team meetings

- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic on the job
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
