Pay & Earnings

• Weekly Average: $1,300+ per week
• Top Performers: Earn up to $2,000 per week
• Annual Average: $89,000
• All-In Pay Average: $1.30 per mile (CPM + accessorial pay)
• Experience-Based Base Pay: Up to $0.76 CPM
• Premium Unload Pay: $265 per full trailer unload
• Load Bonus: $125 weekly bonus for completing 3+ loads
• Backhaul Pay: $35 per backhaul

Job Details & Route

• Home Time: Home weekly for a solid 34-hour reset
• Freight Type: 100% touch freight; live unloads at retail stores
• Running Area: Deliveries throughout VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV
• Operating Radius: All runs stay within 700 miles of the Front Royal, VA distribution center
• Weekly Mileage: Averaging 1,100 miles per week
• Stops: 1–6 stops per trailer
• Paid Training: 1-week ride-along training paid at $150/day

Schedule

• Minimum Load Volume: 3 loads required per week
• Shift Details: Night driving is required; runs include nights and weekends as they fall within your schedule

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus Payout Structure

• First Load: $250
• 30 Days: $250
• 60 Days: $250
• 90 Days: $500
• 120 Days: $250
• 150 Days: $250
• 180 Days: $750 ( Must be actively employed on the day the bonus is paid. )

Requirements

• License: Valid Class A CDL
• Experience: Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience within the last 3 years
• Physical Ability: Must be able to perform physical live unloads of freight
• Service Skills: Strong patience and customer service skills
• Orientation Preparation: Drivers must bring two weeks' worth of personal supplies to orientation
• Endorsements: Doubles endorsement preferred, but not required
• Safety Record: Clean MVR and background check
