- Consistent and flexible scheduling. Tutors do not have to deal with the hassle and expense of traveling to other people's homes and can expect a predictable weekly pay. Initial pay rate is based on experience and educational background, with periodic performance-based pay raises.

- All instruction is done at our center, with no homework to grade or reports to fill out after teaching. Also, tutors are not responsible for communicating with parents (our office staff handles that). We want our tutors to focus on what they do best - teaching!
- A good learning environment , with all the teaching resources you'll need in our center - just bring your skills and love of teaching. Tutoring is done one-on-one or in a small group (max 3 students).
- Students who are eager to learn from a great teacher like you!
- A B.S. or higher level degree
- Sharp reasoning skills , reflected in an ability to do well on and teach SAT-level material. Our tutors take a sample SAT at our center and must score 700+.
- Strong math skills in Algebra I, II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-calculus and Calculus.
- Science backgound: A background in one or more of the sciences - physics, chemistry, biology or other science - is a plus.
- A passion for teaching and working with young people.
*$27 - $31/hour starting, plus an optional 401k match by employer. Profit-sharing upon completion of eligibility period.
