Customer Service Representative - Event Promotions
We’re expanding fast and looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives – Event Promotions ! No experience is required — if you’re outgoing, reliable, and ready to start a career, we want to hear from you.
This is a full-time, entry-level role with immediate start, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow within the company. You’ll represent well-known brands, engage with customers at live events, and gain valuable experience in customer service and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent client brands professionally at events and promotional activations
Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about products or programs
Engage with customers face-to-face and encourage participation in promotions
Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Adapt to changing priorities and handle large crowds
Support the overall success of promotional campaigns
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
Must be local and available for immediate start
Positive, upbeat, and energetic personality
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to multitask and handle changing priorities
No prior experience is necessary — we provide full training . Experience in retail, customer service, or events is a plus but not required.
