Discovery and impact analysis

Architecture and design

Deployment and go-live

Post-go-live support and optimization

Architect data models, ingestion pipelines, and data flows within Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring:

Scalability

High performance

Cost efficiency
-

Conduct and participate in client discovery workshops to:
-
Define business-centric use cases
-
Translate business needs into technical requirements
-

Mentor and guide development teams by:
-
Enforcing Salesforce and Data Cloud best practices
-
Conducting architecture and code reviews
-
Ensuring high code quality and delivery standards
-

Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and external systems, including:

CRM and ERP platforms

Marketing automation tools

REST and SOAP APIs

ETL and data integration tools

Create and maintain architecture and delivery artifacts , including:

Data models and schemas

Data flow and integration diagrams

Implement and monitor data governance, security, and compliance frameworks, including:
