Pay Range: $36 –$40 / Hour

About the Opportunity
Our client is searching for a strategic HR Business Partner with experience aligning people initiatives to business objectives. Serves as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, talent management, performance, and organizational effectiveness. Partners cross-functionally to drive workforce planning, support change management, and ensure compliance while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and operational needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Support talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and career development
- Provide guidance on employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
- Lead and support change management efforts related to organizational growth, restructuring, or process improvements
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Analyze workforce metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Coach and develop leaders on effective people management and inclusive leadership practices
- Manage and support investigations, performance improvement plans, and corrective actions as needed
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5–8 years in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems.
- Soft Skills: Professional demeanor, even-tempered personality, strong organizational abilities, and polished communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in place of degree requirements.
Work Environment
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (40 hours per week).
- Hybrid Model: In-office 3 days per week
