KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities; proficiency with Google Suite, Canva, Weebly (or willingness to learn), and basic inventory tools; experience working in schools, nonprofits, or community service settings is a plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Candidate must possess any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school including or supplemented by courses in office practices and procedures and clerical and secretarial experience. Bookkeeping and experience working with accounting software is preferred.
