Purpose & Scope:
Supervises employees engaged in serving food and in maintaining cleanliness of food service areas.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
One year of supervisory experience preferred.
One year of experience in food services is preferred.
Basic mathematics and writing skills are required.
Certification/Licensure:
None.
