How You’ll Make an Impact

As we continue expanding and adding new crews, you’ll play a key role in shaping field operations. We are actively investing in our people and equipment to support that growth — and your leadership will directly influence how efficiently and effectively our teams perform

What You’ll Be Responsible For

This is a working leadership role — you will lead from the front, not from the sidelines.

• Leading and managing your own 2–3 person crew
• Serving as the on-site expert for foundation and structural repair projects
• Working side-by-side with your crew in hands-on, physically demanding labor
• Training and developing new team members by teaching proper techniques, safety standards, and job efficiency in the field
• Setting and maintaining standards for safety, productivity, workmanship, and team culture
• Delivering outstanding customer service and building client trust
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions including snow, rain, heat, and cold
• Traveling as needed to job sites

What You Bring to the Table

• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading or overseeing your own crew
• Strong construction experience with the ability to make sound decisions independently
• Experience operating equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and jackhammers
• A commitment to quality — you take pride in doing work you’d confidently put your name on
• A leadership mindset with the ability to coach and develop others
• The ability to meet insurance requirements through a clean driving record and background check to operate company vehicles on military sites
• A valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Project management experience
• Direct foundation repair experience
