What You’ll Do As a cornerstone of our program leadership, you will:

• Drive Strategy to Execution: Lead the planning and oversight of large-scale programs, ensuring every milestone aligns with our core organizational priorities.

• Master the Roadmap: Define scope, success criteria, and detailed budgets, keeping projects on track, on time, and within scope.

• Lead Through Influence: Manage diverse, cross-functional teams (both internal and external) to resolve roadblocks and mitigate risks before they become issues.

• Establish Governance: Build transparent communication channels and stakeholder engagement strategies that keep everyone—from the dev team to the C-suite—aligned.

• Champion Change: Lead continuous improvement efforts and change management initiatives to make our processes leaner and more effective.

• Mentor Future Leaders: Share your expertise by coaching junior managers and fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration.

Responsibilities

US-Project Manager What You ll Do: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex programs and initiatives from conception through implementation, driving cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliverables. Leveraging your experience and leadership skills, you will manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. Functions: Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of large-scale programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, objectives, and priorities. Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve them. Establish and maintain effective governance structures, communication channels, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment throughout the program lifecycle
