Communications Assistant - Entry Level

Your Role
As a key member of our events team, you’ll support all aspects of live event operations while helping create engaging experiences for participants.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with live events, promotional campaigns, and community programs
Welcome attendees, provide information about campaigns, and answer questions
Support event setup, breakdown, and smooth on-site operations
Represent partner organizations and clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
Collect feedback from attendees and share insights with event leaders
Communicate clearly with team members throughout events
Maintain consistent brand messaging in every interaction
Provide additional support wherever needed to ensure successful events
