We are seeking a Day Support Assistant Manager to join our team! As the Day Support Assistant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and activities of a day program, including supervising all programs and activities within the program and working closely with the program manager to ensure everyone is compliant with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrable experience in management, and a familiarity with federal and state regulations when it comes to Day services and social services. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the day support program
- Work closely with the program manager to ensure all needs are being met
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines
- Schedule clients Activities
- Maintain facility health and safety protocols.
- Demonstrated experience with management desired
- Strong familiarity with regulations on day support programs
- A valid VA driver's license
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team Player
