Pay, schedule, and bonus

• Average Pay Range: $23 - $25/hr (experience and certifications determine rate)
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 (paid within the first 90 days)

What you’ll do

• Diagnose and repair tractor and trailer electrical/mechanical systems using JPRO, OEM diagnostic software, multimeters, and Windows-based tools
• Execute preventive maintenance for optimal fleet uptime
• Complete DOT inspections according to FMCSA requirements
• Meet the physical demands of the role: lift/pull 75+ lbs without restriction, stand/lie for extended periods, and move freely to access equipment

What you bring

• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain Class A/B preferred
• Technical or advanced degree, or 2+ years of equivalent maintenance experience
• Diagnostics proficiency with JPRO/OEM software, multimeters, and Windows
• Demonstrated problem-solving capability
• Teamwork orientation and strong customer service; clear oral and written communication
• Successful on-site evaluation with recommended training
