POSITION SUMMARY
The Senor Specialist Digital Shelf is responsible for optimizing the online presence and performance of Nestlé products across various digital retail platforms. This role focuses on enhancing product visibility, ensuring compliance with digital shelf standards, and driving e-commerce strategies to maximize sales and consumer engagement.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Shelf Management:
- Oversee the digital shelf presence of Nestlé products on e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for search visibility.
- Monitor and analyze digital shelf performance metrics and implement improvements.
Content Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling product content, including images, descriptions, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all digital content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Write briefs / own projects for Online exclusives
- Identify and execute Test and Learn across retailers and segments, including creation of content KPIs, benchmarks of what successful is, and performance measures for pre/post execution
E-Commerce Strategy:
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to enhance product visibility and drive online sales.
- Identify trends and insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize product placement.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to align digital shelf strategies with overall business objectives.
- Manage deliverables of our agency partners
- Communicate best practices and provide training to internal teams on digital shelf management.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé’s digital shelf standards and policies.
- Coordinate budgets between brand and E-Commerce team
- Prepare and present reports on digital shelf performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
- Preferably, with experience in the consumer goods industry, particularly in food and beverage.
- Strong understanding of digital shelf management and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
The approximate pay range for this position is $98,000 – $135,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
