We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. $101,000 at plan earnings

• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
• Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
• Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget

• Holding yourself accountable for your actions and working to continuously grow your real estate business
• Setting goals to push your business further

• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• An established track record of successful real estate sales
• At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience

• Previous sales/customer service experience - servers, bartenders, and previous military personnel welcome
• Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license (no license, no problem! We teach in-house!)
