Desired skills/Experience:

• Experience working in a similar highly visible/highly-communicative ‘Head of All I.T.’ position; Experience leading a small Team of I.T. Leaders in disparate areas of I.T.
• Experience Managing ‘All’ areas of Information technology, including, and not limited to: SAP-ERP Systems, Infrastructure-Networks-Cloud-Security-Support, Data Reporting and Analytics, Strategy and Planning, High Availability, Backup-Recovery (and related planning), IT Audit (including self-Audit/Self-Assessments).
• Industry Experience : Experience working for a Multi-National/Global Company with Multiple U.S. Locations that produces mixed Hardware-Software Systems for Essential Industries is preferred.
• Experience working for a company with an I.T. Shared Services Model and internal Service Level Agreements; Experience working in a Center of Excellence, PMO or similar type environment is preferred.
• Strong Senior Level I.T. Leadership/Managerial experience: Ability to provide real-world examples of your strong-decisive leadership alongside your key initiatives, metrics and projects.
• Experience partnering with C-Level Management in areas such as approvals for new and ongoing technical tools-initiatives-goals-issues; the I.T. representative for formal or informal executive steering committee (experience recommending, advising, suggesting things that needs to be changed, upgraded, improved, and modernized alongside Financial or Non-Financial ROI planning-presentation to the C-Level).
• P&L Budgetary Responsibly; Staffing and hiring-planning; Vendor relationships including vendor negotiations and contracts; must be metrics driven with the ability to perform metrics reports related to budgets, ROI, timing, staffing, IT Responsiveness and other areas.
• Experience leading Assessments and/or Audits for sub-teams and departments within I.T.
• A Naturally Driven Quest for knowledge about new, better, and forthcoming technologies and techniques that will save time and money; should enjoy self-learning, attending relative meetings and trade shows in order to remain current while staying on top of future-forthcoming Industry Trends and Upgrades for HW and SW.
• Experience with SAP (on the software usage side AND on the infrastructure-cloud-network side) is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is Required; an MBA is a plus.
