ManTech seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Enterprise Architect to join our team in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee and manage the customer's business, Information Technology (IT), application, and data architecture.
• Plan, develop, and execute the customer's Enterprise Architecture (EA) solution strategy, consistent with security guidelines and EA industry standards.
• Provide technical analysis and advice on application and operational environments, functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation.
• Facilitate and participate in business and IT alignment through stakeholder collaboration, driving digital business strategies.
• Analyze business and operating models, market trends, and the technology industry to determine their potential impact on the customer's enterprise business strategy, direction, and architecture.
• Validate IT infrastructure and other reference architectures for adherence to security guidelines and procedures, and recommend changes to enhance security and reduce risks.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics - STEM).
• 7+ years serving as an Architect Lead or similar role leading platform-based technology strategy or solution delivery.
• Experience with delivery frameworks such as Agile, DevSecOps, and integrated Human-Centered Design.
• Experience in end-to-end solution development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Expertise in cloud services supporting identity management, microservice and event-driven architectures, and modern data architectures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees and certifications are desired (e.g., TOGAF, Open CA, Zachman Certified Architecture).
• Understanding of the Government program management and acquisition framework and System Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) is highly preferred.
• Delivery experience in enterprise-scale software and data platforms for Government agencies.

Clearance Requirements:

• TS / SCI with polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
