Position Overview:
Dr. Hecker & Associates are hiring an Audiologist who thrives on providing exceptional care and cultivating long-term relationships with patients.
This full-time role spans both Newport News and Williamsburg locations and offers the opportunity to practice the full scope of audiology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a full scope of audiological services, including:
- Comprehensive hearing evaluations for adults and children.
- Cochlear implants (CI) and bone-anchored hearing aids (BAHA) management.
- Videonystagmography (VNG) and industrial hearing testing.
- Fit and dispense hearing devices, utilizing gold-standard practices like real-ear measurement (REM).
- Serve veterans through VA Choice with high-quality, patient-focused care.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with patients, ensuring a lifetime of personalized care.
- Collaborate with the team in a fast-paced practice to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or an equivalent degree.
- An active Virginia state audiology license or eligible to obtain one.
- A passion for audiology and commitment to best practices.
- Excelling at building meaningful, long-term patient relationships.
