Residential Landscape Account Manager

J&J Landscape Management has been serving homeowners across Northern Virginia since 1998, and we’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to help grow our services and build lasting client relationships.

In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, learn about their property goals, and recommend tailored landscape solutions. You’ll manage client relationships from the initial consultation through project completion and into ongoing maintenance, ensuring every client receives the high level of service and communication our company is known for.

You’ll represent a wide range of services including complete landscape maintenance programs, seasonal cleanups, landscape improvements, planting projects, drainage solutions, and other property enhancements. Success in this role comes from building trust with clients, identifying opportunities to improve their landscapes, and working closely with our operations team to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with prospective and existing residential clients to evaluate landscape needs

• Sell recurring maintenance contracts and seasonal cleanups

• Propose and upsell enhancement projects, including plantings, cleanups, and drainage solutions

• Prepare and present quotes, manage client relationships, and close sales

• Partner with operations and field crews to ensure seamless project delivery

• Use CRM software to track leads, manage your pipeline, and follow up consistently

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in landscape sales, account management, or customer-facing landscape roles

• Working knowledge of landscape maintenance and common Northern Virginia plant material

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities

• Valid driver’s license
