Position Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid, Arlington VA

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Business Analyst must be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and technology solutions. You will act as the strategic link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that IT solutions align with business objectives. You will be responsible for requirements, stakeholder management, process improvement/documentation for projects, and training processes / documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage documentation, presentations and processes in compliance with organization standards.
• Document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct workshops, retrospective, and stakeholder meetings
• Present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate communication to ensure alignment and manage expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Be able to obtain Public Trust
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or related role in Information Technology
• Salesforce BA/ Salesforce Admin Certification or 4 years of Salesforce experience
• Technical Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio.
• Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of workflows, operations, and optimization strategies.
• Ability to map processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs
• Experience supporting a government contract is desired

WORKING CONDITIONS

Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday (M-F 8am-5pm). Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.
