Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
- Administer care for patients under ER protocols such as RSI, sepsis interventions, and stroke protocol
- Coordinate and execute central line placements when necessary
- Provide care for psychiatric patients and manage transfers to other facilities
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
- 2-3 years of ER experience
- Completion of 2-3 travel assignments
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
