Entry Level Management Trainee

We are seeking a motivated individual ready to grow into a management-level position . Our 6–12 month management-training program provides hands-on coaching and mentorship, guiding you from entry-level tasks to full management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Learn marketing strategies, public relations, and business fundamentals
Assist with event management and setup
Oversee a small team of 3–5 people
Develop money management skills
Work directly under a location manager mentor
Requirements:
Ability to thrive in team environments
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and grow
