Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $260,000 with the potential to earn up to $350,000+ with voluntary overtime.

• $50,000 sign‑on bonus and $20,000 retention bonus paid at 3 years.

• Only two rotating holiday shifts per year are expected.
