Summary : Manages end-to-end participant recruitment for usability studies and taxpayer research while ensuring privacy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :- Build and maintain diverse participant panels representing U.S. taxpayers.
- Create and manage screening questionnaires.
- Schedule and confirm participants, manage incentives, and handle no-shows.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with IRS privacy and FTI rules.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 5+ years of research recruitment or panel management experience.
- Proven success recruiting for government or sensitive-topic studies.
- Strong organizational and database management skills.
