Job Summary/Company : Sparks Group is seeking an Administrative Financial Assistant to support a client in the Winchester Area. This is a 3-month contract with the potential to extend. Please apply today!
Responsibilities :- Answer phones and transfer calls
- Communicate with clients via email and respond to correspondence
- Print daily client invoices
- Prepare payment collection emails for team
- Review approved invoices and log in AP team's sub-ledger
- Assist with reconciling corporate credit card statements
- Additional administrative tasks and duties as assigned
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Must be highly trainable and have the ability to follow established guidelines
- Must have a positive can-do attitude
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check
