What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound and make outbound donation-related calls

• Guide donors with kindness, clarity, and professionalism

• Accurately enter donor information into the system

• Provide follow-up support as needed

• Hit realistic performance goals with coaching and encouragement
  
  

Requirements

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 6 months of remote OR 1 year of in-person customer service experience

• Strong verbal communication and people skills

• Basic comfort with Microsoft Office

• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home

• Open availability (some evenings/weekends may be needed)

Tech You’ll Need:

• Windows 11 computer (no Macs or Chromebooks)

• Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB is preferred)

• Dual monitors (recommended, not required to apply)

• USB headset with noise cancellation (preferred)

• Hardwired internet connection (preferred but not required to apply)
