Sales Manager

About Us:Mills Automotive Group is a growing and dynamic dealership group looking for a high-performing Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about delivering results through leadership, professionalism, and customer engagement. Responsibilities: * Manage daily operations of the sales department * Build rapport with customers and develop a strong client base * Work directly with team members and customers to improve the sales process * Provide hands-on training and support to the sales staff * Desk deals, track gross logs, and RDR vehicles * Purchase vehicles from auctions and manage pre-owned inventory * Maintain a professional and driven work ethic in a team environment * Assist in all other aspects of sales department management Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager * Preferred experience in Automotive Finance * High school diploma or GED required * Experience using CDK, CRM software, and Google Drive * Comfortable handling phone communication with customers and vendors * Strong organizational and leadership skills * Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle report * Professional appearance and strong work ethic * Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: * Health, Dental, and Medical Insurance * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Paid Time Off (PTO) If you are a motivated automotive professional ready to lead and succeed, apply now to become a part of the Mills Automotive Group team!Recommended Jobs
