Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic educational environment in Front Royal, VA, supporting diverse learners throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with speech and language impairments.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and therapy sessions.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• School-based SLP experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of K-12 speech and language disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
