Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Implementation Program Manager to lead the deployment of security systems and software solutions across enterprise environments. This role requires strong program management skills, a solid foundation in networking and network security, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of security systems and software solutions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and security teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration of security technologies.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate training and documentation for end-users and support teams post-implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing implementation projects in the security domain.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
• Hands-on experience with network security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, NAC).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).

Nice to Have:

• Deep security knowledge , including threat modeling, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud security implementations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in enterprise IT environments or managed services.
