Healthcare services roll-up strategy
Acquiring home health, hospice, retirement facilities
$20-50 million fund target
10-20 acquisitions planned ($1-3M each)
Integration creating comprehensive care platform
Your Investor Targets:
Accredited individuals seeking alternative investments
Family offices with healthcare allocation interest
Medical professionals seeking sector investments
Small institutions and fund-of-funds
Investors understanding demographic tailwinds
$60,000 - $150,000 a year
Relationship Development Approach:
Leverage your existing professional network
Educate prospects on healthcare consolidation opportunity
Facilitate meetings with fund principals
Guide investors through commitment process
Maintain ongoing investor relations
Commission Structure:
Base: 2% on all capital raised
Performance bonus: Up to 5% for large commitments
Example: $3M raised = $60,000 - $150,000 earned
Quarterly commission payments
Potential for ongoing investor relations role
Your Background:
Professional network including qualified investors
Experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or capital markets
Understanding of private equity/alternative investments
Ability to articulate investment strategies
Commitment to compliant, ethical practices
