Smith Mountain Wash Pros is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Associate / Exterior Cleaning Consultant to help grow our residential, commercial, and fleet washing services.

This role is responsible for generating new business, building relationships, and helping clients understand the value of maintaining their property and equipment through professional cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities-

Generate new business through:

Cold calling.

Door-to-door outreach.

Networking and relationship building.

Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess needs and provide estimates.

Educate customers on services including:

House washing

Concrete cleaning

Roof cleaning

Fleet washing

Equipment washing

Prepare and present quotes in a professional manner.

Follow up with leads and close sales.

Maintain customer relationships for repeat and recurring services.

Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth job scheduling and execution.

Track leads, estimates, and sales activity.

Qualifications-

Previous sales experience preferred (service industry is a plus)

Strong communication and people skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Comfortable with in-person sales and cold outreach

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
