Location: Midlothian, VA/ Southside & Surrounding Areas.

Job Type: 1099 Contract

Compensation: $14-$17.50/hr (based on assignment and performance

As a Custodial Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards or cleanliness in homes, offices, and commercial facilities. Key Accountabilities

1. Deliver Consistent, Quality Cleaning Services

   Follow cleaning protocols and checklists to ensure every space is left spotless and properly maintained.

2. Time & Attendance Responsibility

   Arrive at each job site on time, stay on schedule, and properly clock in/out using our mobile system.

3. Client Respect & Confidentiality

   Treat all clients, pets, property, and information with professionalism and care. Maintain discretion at all times.

4. Equipment & Supply Care

   Use and maintain all cleaning tools and products properly, including commercial-grade equipment when assigned.

5. Compliance with Safety & Company Standards

   Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE, safe chemical handling, and adherence to site protocols.

Requirements

• Likes to clean and takes pride in doing a thorough job

• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable driving your own vehicle to and from assignments

• Available for evening/weekend shifts

• Willing and able to work in environments with pets or light commercial foot traffic

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks (bending, reaching, standing for long periods)

• Must pass a background check

• Must own a smartphone (for schedules, job updates, and communication)

• Follows safety and sanitation protocols at all times

• Can use or learn commercial cleaning equipment (e.g., floor buffers, scrubbers, HEPA vacuums)

• Understands and respects key handling, alarm systems, and client confidentiality

• Professional appearance and communication
