Laborer / CDL Driver - Underground Utility Construction
Project Locations- *Qualified candidates should reside in VA, MD, WV, or PA

This position requires weekly travel typically within VA, WV, PA, and/ or MD; Some home daily projects depending on where the employee resides. Most projects have crew meet at the construction site early Monday then home Thursday evening.

Our Client, a well-established underground utility construction company, is seeking a safe and dependable Construction Laborer who holds a CDL and can fill in as a Driver.
Qualified candidate must be willing to work laboring responsibilities on construction projects.

Qualifications:
• Valid Class A or B CDL licenses with at least 1 year of experience; CDL Class A highly preferred. Tanker endorsement is a plus
• Previous Construction Laborer experience required; water and sewer projects are highly preferred
• Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and dependability
• Be able to sit/stand and walk for long periods of time in all weather conditions
• Must be in good physical shape for fast paced, laboring construction environment, must be able to lift/carry 50lbs unassisted
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb and twist continuously throughout the day
• Able to work productively and safely both independently as well as in a team environment
• Pre-employment background and drug testing will be required

Overview of Schedule and Compensation:
• Hourly rate; Projects are paid at prevailing wage rate
• The Crew will meet at construction site early Monday then home Thursday; must have own transportation to and from the project sites
• Overtime and 5+ days required at times. Must work overtime hours when required
• Company pays lodging if out of town.

• Eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses
