STSS (Strategic Telecom Supply & Solutions) is an established and profitable technology lifecycle services company specializing in IT asset disposition (ITAD), new and refurbished network and data center equipment, reverse logistics services, and sustainable recycling solutions. We help Fortune 500 companies, hyperscalers, telecom providers, and data center operators maximize the value of surplus and decommissioned technology assets.
We are seeking a high impact Vice President or Director of Sales to help lead our next phase of expansion.
The Opportunity
This is a transformational leadership role reporting directly to the CEO's. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth while refining and scaling the sales organization, systems, and strategy needed to support substantial long-term expansion.
This is a true player-coach role. You will be expected to lead, mentor, and hold the sales team accountable while also participating directly in strategic selling and major account development.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth across existing accounts and new business development
• Rebuild and optimize the sales organization structure, processes, and compensation plans
• Establish scalable sales methodologies, KPIs, forecasting, and accountability systems
• Strengthen CRM discipline and data driven sales management
• Work closely with leadership to define and execute growth strategy
• Coach and develop a high performing sales team
• Personally engage in key customer relationships and strategic opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant time in structured enterprise sales environments
• Proven sales leadership experience, either as a senior sales executive or as a high performing second in command ready to step into a larger leadership role
• Experience building and managing repeatable sales processes and teams
• Strong CRM and sales analytics capabilities
• Player-coach mentality with the ability to lead by example
• Experience selling to Fortune 500, enterprise, telecom, data center, or technology infrastructure customers is highly desirable
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• AI and sales automation experience is a plus

Compensation
Competitive base salary and performance based bonus. Total annual earnings for successful candidates are expected to be highly competitive and aligned with experience and results.
