: Field Expert We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team. The Pest Control Technician will be responsible for inspecting and treating premises to control and eliminate pests. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of pest control methods, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify pest infestations. Assess the extent of pest problems and determine appropriate treatment methods. Apply appropriate pesticides or insecticides to eliminate pests. Set up traps and bait stations, as needed. Communicate with clients to explain the scope of pest issues and proposed treatment plans. Provide recommendations for preventing future pest problems. Maintain accurate records of services provided, including types and amounts of pesticides used, and detailed reports of inspections. Ensure that pest control equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition. Report any equipment malfunctions and request repairs or replacements. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the application of pesticides. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and regulations in the pest control industry. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification or licensure in pest control is preferred. No Experience required Knowledge of common pests, their habits, and effective control methods preferred Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
