About You
As a Client Service Representative, you'll play an important role in pets' lives by providing comprehensive care throughout their journey. Your life-changing work will range from scheduling appointments for sick or well pets and handling client payments to ensuring patients charts are accurate and up to date.
Experience & Skills Requirements:
At least 1 year of client service experience (preferably in a medical or veterinary setting)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent Communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Role Responsibilities:
Greet clients and patients in a warm, professional manner both in person and by phone
Schedule appointments, confirm visits and manage reminder systems
Accurately maintain client and patient records in the practice management system
Handle check-ins, check-outs, payments and invoice processing
Communicate estimates, services and follow-up care clearly to clients
Coordinate effectively with veterinary staff to support patient flow
Assist in administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and supply orders
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- Manage sensitive or emotional client situations with empathy and discretion
About the Hospital
Leesburg Veterinary Hospital is a general practice located in Leesburg focusing on primary care for dogs and cats. Our hospital has an up-beat flow and a loyal client base. We pride ourselves on providing excellent patient care.
We are open Monday - Friday from 8 am to 6pm and Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm
Serving Leesburg, Ashburn, Purcellville and Lansdowne
