We are currently seeking a Telecom Engineer to join our team in Arlington (REMOTE), Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Summary:

The Senior Telecom Engineer supports Telecommunications Services under the Infrastructure Services Line of Business, deploying IP telephony, managing circuit inventory, and diagnosing outages to enhance reliability and minimize downtime while transitioning from legacy systems to VoIP. Utilizing IP telephony deployment and circuit inventory management, this role monitors VoIP quality and handles analog/data circuit disconnections. Telecom outage diagnostics ensure swift resolution with providers. By preparing procurement packages, the Senior Telecom Engineer aligns with performance requirements to implement comprehensive circuit management, removing old circuits and reducing costs.

Job Duties:

- IP telephony deployment

- Circuit inventory management

- Telecom outage diagnostics

- VoIP quality monitoring

- Analog/data circuit disconnection procedures

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, One-and-one- half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program

- Minimum 10 years' experience with the role/responsibilities listed above

- Ability to obtain a Public Trust

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $72,225 - $167,188. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
