Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Coordinating customer service schedules
- Dispatching field techs
- QuickBooks data entry
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in (hopefully varied ) business environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bookkeeping / Accounting knowledge would be a bonus
- Proficient with MS Office and / or Google Workspace
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Keen customer service skills
- Persistence, ownership, insight, tenacity, results, rewards!
Compensation includes competitive salary commensurate with experience, paid vacation, sick-leave and seven paid holidays.
Full time - 8:00 to ~5:00; Mon. thru Fri. in Manassas VA.
