What We Can Achieve Together: The Philanthropy Revenue Operations Specialist (Specialist) will work as part of the Philanthropy Revenue Management & Operations team/program (the Program) within Global Development. They will be responsible for providing organizational resources such as process and procedure documentation, training, systems/tools evaluation, subject matter expertise (SME), and support to the team and various functional and business areas for philanthropy revenue management and operations.
The Specialist will work towards meeting the strategic priorities of the team by participating in and providing support to revenue-related projects, initiatives, and for process/system improvement and design. They will identify individual priorities and goals based on the needs of the Program. They will manage, track, analyze and report on key data related to philanthropy revenue management and operations, and will be responsible for coordinating and participating in system testing and creating end-user technical documentation for revenue process and systems projects and initiatives. They will have an understanding of not-for-profit contribution revenue management and accounting, will manage in-system data, such as quality assurance rules, templates, and related reporting and may be responsible for periodically conducting review and quality assurance tasks and/or processing gifts. They will provide consultation, recommendations, and targeted training as necessary related to TNC's revenue operations.
The Specialist must have advanced knowledge of the systems/tools (e.g. CRM, Power BI) and resources (e.g. revenue operations procedures, GAAP/FASB regulations) utilized by the end user and the team, to provide programmatic support and coordinate communications related to revenue operations. They will have substantial contact with stakeholders, such as Finance, IT, and other key functional areas, will ensure that all philanthropic revenue-related efforts are aligned and coordinated, and may serve as the lead liaison with various key partners throughout the organization. They will take on additional duties as necessary to enhance the work of the team and will keep up-to-date on market trends and best practices in order to improve services offered by the Program. They will help adapt internal team and user-facing processes and implement recommended practices in order to improve effectiveness based on their in-depth understanding of revenue policies and procedures.

- Experience generating reports and analyzing and interpreting data.
- Experience working across departments.
- Experience with current technology in the field of revenue operations.
- Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of philanthropic revenue management and operations.
Salary Information: The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $68,900 - $100,400. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
