Description

Under general supervision, performs full-performance level professional analytic and technical analysis, data management, report development and generation related to the operations and services of a the CSB Recovery Services Division. This includes developing dashboards for use by Division leadership and staff, developing, recommending, and implementing reports. Pulls data from the electronic health record, report submissions from contract vendors, and other sources. Maintaining tracking spreadsheets, timely data entry and routing of approvals and authorizations for services and validation of services. Reviewing financial reporting, documentation, and other data. Prepare reports and presentations of analysis and findings. Assists with a variety of administrative tasks including tracking attendance, sending follow-up reminders, updating project management documents and trackers, and following up with project team members assigned tasks. Serves as the point-person and liaison with contractor representatives for reporting and coordination of facilities concerns. Coordinates division’s liaison needs with facility management professionals. Maintain and organize division and project records division and files. Assists in coordination of events.

Employment Standards

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. AND 4+ years experiencing performing similar analytic work

OR

Bachelor’s Degree in a non-related field, AND 7+ years experience performing similar analytic work

• MS Office suite including

  • Word
  • Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
  • Sharepoint
  • PowerBI
• Contract reporting analysis

Preferred experienced

• Vizio or other visualization tools
• Working with electronic health records
• Working in a medical or social service related field
• Working with government contracts
