Leasing Consultant – Charlottesville, VA
Schedule: Monday through Saturday, with one day off during the week and Sundays off
Pay: $20-$24 based on experience

Career Strategies is currently hiring an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Charlottesville, VA. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, a professional attitude, and experience in residential leasing.

Responsibilities include:

• Touring prospective residents and providing excellent customer service
• Answering phones and responding to emails professionally
• Assisting with leasing paperwork and applications
• Inputting data and maintaining accurate records
• Handling resident inquiries and service requests
• Supporting the property management team with daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar (a plus!)
• Reliable
